Through my honors in the major thesis, I created a basic legal guide for emerging artists. The guide is accessible and understandable with the intent to be utilized throughout the entire art transaction process for responsible and protected practice.
HaveIBeenTrained.com is a tool created by Mathew Dryhurst and Holly Herndon to help artists (illustrators, photographers, etc.) determine if their work has been used to train AI models. The platform allows users to search for their images in the training datasets of AI models and provides an option to request their removal.
